I’ve built stages for international artists’ concert tours and produced intimate shows in studio spaces. But whether it’s a stadium or music hall, there’s nothing I love more than hearing the reaction of the crowd. The measure of a producer’s success is a packed house and a flawless execution. But I know I’ve done my job well when I stand backstage and witness the smiling faces of delighted fans.

Talent

Sometimes it’s late-night phone calls with the artist discussing their vision. Sometimes it’s managing multiple personalities in the studio or multiple agendas on the tour. Artist management is always about anticipating the artists’ every need, even before they do. Mental, emotional and financial. And ensuring a valuable value-exchange between the artist, venue, producers and fans, alike.

Communities

I bring people together to spark synergies and create moments that ignite a movement. Like when I collaborated with a colleague who wanted to build “an artist collective”. But to build an ecosystem where creators thrive, we needed to cultivate audiences. From branded partnerships to pop-ups, we grew local storytelling gatherings into multi-city festivals and a successful business – seeding enthusiasm for the arts and expanded opportunities for artists.

Passion Projects

I find an element of the human experience I want to learn more about and then I deep dive. I carefully curate my research, then share it publicly. I’ve collated extensive research on successful ‘Community Building For Brands’ and publish a monthly narrative around one-word topics through my newsletter.
